Training Program

Our Comm Center training program embraces Adult Learning principles and is built to be its most efficient and effective, allowing for the most proficient front line staff.

Supervisory Training

Our Comm Center recognizes that there is no direct correlation between effective front line staff and effective supervisors; the duties of both jobs are distinctly different.
Our Comm Center supervisory staff is effective at having difficult conversations.
Our supervisors are trained on the benefits of proper documentation techniques and are properly applying them.
Our supervisors understand that the performance of our front line staff is their sole responsibility and they have an extensive skill set in managing and improving front line staff's performance.
